With it becoming more and more relevant, I think it could really be worth doing an episode on the Technocracy movement. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technocracy_movement It is quite possibly the blueprint for things to come, and Elon Musk's grandfather was a notable supporter of it. It could very well be the reason behind Trump's obsession with wanting Greenland and Canada to join the US.
