Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother, Ferb Fletcher, are determined to make every day of their summer vacation fun. They try building a full-scale roller coaster, becoming musicians, building a backyard beach, and traveling back in time to meet dinosaurs. Their family pet, Perry the Platypus, doubles as a secret agent and battles evil. Meanwhile, older sister Candace is tattling on them to Mom and Dad, though she can never seem to catch them in the act.

Mission Marvel is a little divisive among hardcore P&F fans but I tend to lean on it being very good across the board. The song in particular is a personal favourite and I like how the episode touches on themes that were explored in Nerds of a Feather (gatekeeping, toxic fandom, women in fandom) even if it's not the focus of the episode.

Stan Lee making a cameo appearance is also the best part while he's working as a street vendor. The voice of Marvel characters: Spider-Man - Drake Bell Iron Man - Adrian Pasdar Hulk - Fred Tatasciore Thor - Travis Willingham Nick Fury - Chi McBride All these major Marvel characters in Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel were voiced by the same actors from the Marvel animated shows on Disney XD which are Ultimate Spider-Man (2012-2017), Avengers Assemble (2013-2019), and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. (2013-2015). These three animated shows share the same continuity. You have seen Whiplash before in the MCU which he appeared in Iron Man 2 movie. His name is Ivan Vanko. In Iron Man 2, Ivan Vanko is the son of Anton Vanko, a Russian physicist who once worked with Howard Stark (Tony Stark's father) on the arc reactor. Anton was later deported and lived in poverty, blaming the Stark family for his misfortune. When Anton dies, Ivan builds his own mini arc reactor and becomes Whiplash, seeking revenge against the Stark legacy. When Tony Stark is racing in the Monaco Grand Prix, Whiplash disguised as a track worker and ambushes the race with his whip-powered arc reactor suit. He slashes Tony's car and attacks him directly, exposing himself to the world. Then, Tony fights him off using a portable Iron Man suit (Mark V, the suitcase armor). M.O.D.O.K. in Phineas and Ferb is not the same one from MCU. That one is George Tarleton. This is MODOK's difference between comic and MCU: In the comics, M.O.D.O.K. (an acronym for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and made an appearance in Tales of Suspense #93 in 1967. The original MODOK is George Tarleton, a former employee of A.I.M. (Advance in Mechanics), an arms-dealing organization specializing in futuristic weaponry, who undergoes substantial mutagenic medical experimentation originally designed to increase his intelligence. While successful, the experiments result in him creating a large head and a stunted body, causing the character's signature look and use of a hoverchair for mobility. In the MCU of Ant-Man 3, Kang found Darren Cross (Yellowjacket from first Ant-Man movie) and gave him new life by transforming him into MODOK which is an acronym for "Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing". Darren Cross is not MODOK in the comics.

2025-09-12 13:03:05 +0000 UTCI know this is a kids' show, and they're usually better at suspending their disbelief, but I refuse to acknowledge that Dan Povenmire and Swampy didn't know that The Hulk DOES NOT ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME.
