●Terms of Use●

・The contents of this agreement may be changed without prior notice when necessary. Please check the latest version of the Terms of Use before using this data.

・The copyright to the data is owned by Messier Number, the author of the data for any reason whatsoever. By using this data, you agree to these terms of use.

・Any commercial use of this data, including indirect income from advertising and other sources, by a corporation is prohibited unless the author has given his or her consent.

・To the extent that this data is used for personal use, commercial use is permitted by mentioning the name of the author for the following purposes only.

1)Use as materials for game production (except for games in which users can add secondary processing to the mesh, or games whose purpose is secondary distribution of materials)

2)Use of your avatar in videos that generate advertising revenue or as a 3D model material

・The display of this data at an event hosted by a non-buyer of this data as an avatar for the purchaser of this data or the transfer of this data in perpetuity is permitted only if all of the following conditions are met.

1)The organizer of the event is a corporation, and announcements about the exhibit have been published in public.

2)All data transferred for the purpose of exhibition will not be used for any purpose other than exhibition.

3)Show data that have been modified into meshes or textures and do not show exactly the same data as sold.

4)Notify authors of the "Event to be Exhibited" and the "Announcement Page for the Exhibit" by the day before the event starts.

・No part tracing or retopology of this data may be performed and sold or distributed as original data.

・Permission to use or sell this data as dress-up data for the author's models is granted only if the following conditions are met.

1)Only "Armature", "Weight", "Deformed mesh" and "Blendshape name" are usable data.

2)Clearly indicate on your sales page and in your readme that your sales data is a derivative of this data, the URL of the sales page or sample page of this data, and the name of the author.

3)Clearly state which version of the model was used where the data purchaser can see what version of the model was used.

4)No diversion of textural data.

5)The data seller is responsible for resolving any problems that may arise with the sales data.

・This data may not be transferred or lent for any purpose other than those listed above, except for commercial use, secondary distribution, or temporary sharing of data for collaborative work.

・If the user violates the Terms of Use, the user is obligated to pay a data usage fee to the author. The basic data usage fee is 500,000 yen, and depending on the usage situation, a separate data usage fee will be added to the usage fee.

・Please do not use this data for the purpose of causing damage to others.

・Permission to combine or reuse this data into other 3D model parts is granted only if the following conditions are met.

1)3D models sold or distributed by the author, excluding fan art

2)3D models for avatar accessories that are sold or distributed for the purpose of decorating 3D models.

3)3D models for avatars that can be combined with 3D models created by other creators and that are clearly stated in the Terms of Service.

4)A 3D model created by the purchaser of the Data (excluding traces of ripped data and other illegal material)

5)Public domain or CC0 3D models

・If you need to upload the data to an external service in order to use this data, please be sure to include the author's information, if any, in the field for entering the author's information.

・You may use this data for sexual and grotesque expressions,but if you use the data on an external service, you must comply with the terms of use and disclosure scope rules of that service.

・Commercial use of derivative works of content that do not use this data is permitted to the extent that they are considered personal fan art.
