I am currently working on a project where I need to do some underwater hair movement. like in the above image. Since the new curve system was released, achieving that effect using geometry nodes is much easier.
So in this tutorial, I show you guys the step-by-step process for creating a curve wave effect using geometry nodes.
here I only show how to add a uniform movement on the z axis.
But you can use the same method to add movement to all axes. And maybe using a noise texture to add some randomness as well.
Once the effect is fully finished, I will update the tutorial.
