Ahh these gifs always make it look as if it’s easy 😀 though a lot of elements are stuff I’ve drawn before… some things. *cough* like the grass weren’t that easy 🫣 butttt with a little help from my friends finding a brush that helps with the basic layer for the grass with texture + drawing a lot of grass by hand I think it turned out really good! I’m no longer afraid of grass 😂😂
I also saved up some storage on my iPad , so I might be able to screen capture again .. though I’m not sure if it’s doable with bigger drawings like these with the iPads processor 🥲 one day I’m going to buy a new one, but they are expensive & this one still works fine even after like 4 years ! But you can notice it’s getting older. Honestly when I bought it I didn’t even think it would be able to handle my amount of layers at all , I bought it for sketches but it turned into my main device hehe 🥰
Next week is a holiday week here + kings day , I will be working but I also have some events planned! I hope everyone has a lovely weekend! ❤️

Most iPads are expensive, but they are really powerful so I get why they are on the higher end (especially the pro models) maybe after the summer I look into buying a upgraded model 😊 ah and the brush is from someone on gumroad! A mutual gave the tip ☺️ I totally forgot you can download brushes besides from the asset store haha, if you’re interested let me know I can send you the link! And thank you! The weather has been really cold for the time of the year but we’re making the best of it 🤣
2023-04-24 13:57:57 +0000 UTCGif and timelapses make this seem all too easy. The only thing more seemingly magical would be taking your pen and waving over it to make the final illustration appear. Is the grass brush part of the CSP asset store? I do hope that you are able to buy a new iPad in good time because we all know that you work your butt off creating the beautiful art that you do, such as this illustration. I would imagine that an iPad is especially nice when drawing on the couch or someplace a bit more comfy than a desk. I got a new iPad myself recently because Apple stopped supporting my old one and I ma quite surprised how capable it is. The one I have now can play Genshin with better settings than my laptop, so I would imagine it would be magical for art too. Anyway, I hope you really take advantage of the King's Day holiday this week and take the chance to unwind. I hope you had a lovely weekend. 😊
