Yes, it's indeed the fear of abandonment - which is something she has experienced in her life already. While this is obviously not a healthy way to approach a relationship, the good news is that the stoic pony has no plans to exploit Thistle's insecurities and encourages her self-esteem. Of course, being with someone who doesn't want to commit is not easy. And knowing the "ex" of your lover is Princess is understandably unnerving, especially for someone young and insecure ^^'

You know. I've realized that Thistle's fear of ruining Tempest's fun might be in fact a fear of being abandoned by our favorite stoic pony. That would explain why is she so willing to sacrifice herself for her love's enjoyment. Their relationship has only existed for a few days now (or couple of weeks at best), thus she doesn't take Tempest's presence in her life for granted. You can't really blame her for being scared of that, considering how many times before Tempest said that she wasn't planning on getting family life, well... ever. Her reaction to finding out about Tempest's sexual relationship with Twilight have been another hint at her fears and insecurities, as she worried about competing against princess. After all, if she doesn't make Tempest happy all the time, then what certainty there is the latter won't go back to the old flame instead?

This is really sweet; seeing Tempest being the loving and reasonable one in the couple. P.S. Is it wrong that I’m still wondering whether Tempest still has her magic dick?

Yeah. While comfort cuddles are great, I'm sure a soothing balm is most required with so much red. It's good they have this talk and hopefully they will be better at setting a right pace for their private time and be more aware of each other's limits. :)

therefore ? will they continue their night at the four corners of their body or will they try again next time? because if I were Tempest that's the question I would ask myself because I admit being a bit cut off.
