Patreon Level Changes/ Update

I want to add 1 or 2 more levels on Patreon.
One would include a "sketch tier" and the other one an "art tier".
I'm not sure if I want to add the art tier in the next level update,
but might try it out to a limit of 1 open slot per month.

Small Snake
+ early access of commissions and artwork
+ sketches/WIP access will be moved to Big Snake + other levels
Big Snake
+ early access of commissions and artwork
+ sketches and WIP art access
+ voting power for artworks
New levels: Sketchy Rattlesnake + Leviathan (not sure yet)
