Hello, printing gang! I've been wanting to make a more classic Thor for a while now, with the (almost silly) winged helmet, and flowy cape; but with bit of a personal twist, and finally decided to get around to it.
(The plan was actually to also release a Constantine bust this month, but I couldn't get the sculpt to where I wanted it, and I just had to drop it for the time being. It really sucks when it happens and always feels like a blow, especially when you already suffer heavily from imposter syndrome; but, I would also hate to release something mediocre.)

This guy will need some support at the back of the helmet wings. Not much but just to get the overhangs sorted. I've already pushed the feathers to the brink of what still looks good to minimize the amount required, but any more would have messed the design up too much! If you know your printer struggles with overhangs you might also want to put some underneath the shoulder pads/pauldron/WhateverTheyAreCalled.
So, I've been doing preparations and started work on two things: A decently detailed screen-accurate Boba Fett (The Book of Boba Fett version), and a somewhat detailed Peacemaker. It's a bit of a toss up which one will be released first, but feel free to voice your preference in the comments below which one you'd be interested in first. Boba Fett would definitely require more time to finish up just because of the many more extensive detailing going on!
Speaking of... I'm absolutely in love with that Peacemaker show. That character has so many more layers that I ever imagined they would pull off, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised with James Gunn being involved! As many layers as an onion. Which is what I'm peeling while watching the show since I'm decidedly not shedding tears because it sometimes hits right in the feels... ๐
Anyways, while I'm not great at expressing it, you guys make a big difference in my life at the moment with your support. Running a Patreon has you always feeling like you're standing on a flying carpet 10,000 feet above ground and all of the sudden it can just disappear from under your feet when some genie decides to snap its fingers. For some reason most of you stick around, keep coming back, and new people fill in for the ones that do leave.
I truly am grateful, and don't take a single one of you for granted โค
