2019 patreon changes! (please read)

Hey all, hope this month has been going well for everyone!

I've finally decided on what I'll be changing for my Patreon tiers come January 1st. Thanks for waiting on this update. It should be pretty simple - not too many things are changing - but here's a breakdown for you all!

>> Edit for clarification: I've had some questions about it, so just wanted to clarify that "half body" illustrations will mean the characters will be drawn from about the mid thigh area and up. Changed the wording to reflect this.

The new tiers will be as follows:

$1 Copper tier
- Access Patreon only posts (NSFW and SFW alike). All existing posts for $1 pledges will still be available.
- Voting on polls for bonus illustrations!


$5 Silver tier
- High res art downloads. Starting in 2019, all $1 tier posts will be watermarked and resized versions (aside from artwork that is already posted in full resolution). $5+ backers will be able to download the full resolution images!
- Requests (for Patreon voting). There will be monthly posts where all $5+ patrons will get the chance to submit an idea for the following month's bonus illustration. I'll then take those requests and put them into a poll for everyone to vote on!
- First dibs on commissions. At the beginning of the year, each time I open new commissions, patrons at this tier and up will be the first to know and the first to be able to claim slots!

 
$10 Gold tier
- Black and white bust doodle of a single character of your choosing, fanart or OC, each month! Examples coming soon.
+ high res art downloads, requests, voting and first dibs on commissions.


$25 Platinum tier
- Thigh-up  flat color sketch of a single character per month!
+ high res art downloads, requests, voting and first dibs on commissions.


$35 Diamond tier
- Thigh-up colored sketch, couple or solo character!
- 15% discount on all custom artwork (such as further commissions)
+ high res art downloads, requests, voting and first dibs on commissions.


$55 Rainbow tier
- Thigh-up full color illustration, couple or solo character!
- 15% discount on all custom artwork (such as further commissions).
+ high res art downloads, requests, voting and first dibs on commissions.


What are the changes in a nutshell?
The $5 tier will no longer be getting monthly art rewards. $10, $25 and $35 tier art rewards will be slightly more simplified.
$1 patrons will have access to a watermarked/resized version of all completed art posted to Patreon (if applicable).

Why the changes?
I'm doing this in hopes that I will have more time to complete all the art I need to do each month, and so that patrons don't have to wait as long to get their completed artwork. And, if all goes well, this will allow me to more consistently make bonus illustrations and personal art to share with everyone! The reason for making full resolution images exclusive to higher tiers is to add more value to the higher tiers plus to allow me to keep the $1 pledge essentially the same.

These changes will be reflected in the Patreon guide document starting on the 15th, and the tiers will be changed on my Patreon page on that day as well. Rainbow (aka Diamond in 2018) tier patrons may need to double check and ensure their pledges are still active for January, as the amount will be increasing by $5.
