quick update

Thanks to everyone for being so patient with me this month! It's been just as busy as I thought it would be. I know most of you are still waiting for your rewards, so I appreciate you waiting as I get all those done. I'm trying to get all the Halloween-themed ones done as soon as possible so they can be enjoyed well before the holiday (there's just one left now). The rest should follow pretty quickly.

Speaking of my workload, I wanted to let you all know that I've been tidying up my Trello board to better show the things I'm currently working on. I've added a "schedule" with a simple list of each thing I'm working on per day, and a "priority/due date" list to show when each piece of outstanding work should be completed. (Most rewards should be on there; I need to go back through all my rewards and make sure I've got them all listed, but if you don't see yourself on there feel free to message me and ask.) I hope that helps to address any questions about when a particular piece might be completed!

Besides work, the past few days were very interesting since my husband and I ended up rescuing a pigeon! We saw it walking around outside and saw that it couldn't fly, and brought it inside to keep it safe. It wasn't injured as far as we could tell, but wasn't eating very much on its own, so we brought it to a local bird shelter/rescue yesterday. I'm hoping that it ends up living happily there with the other pigeons at that rescue. I miss it a bit, to be honest! I love birds and was really happy to get the opportunity to hold and pet one a little bit. (It was very docile with us and seemed to enjoy the head scritches.) Definitely glad that there was a place we could take it to get some specialized attention, though.
