Open Commission?. Offer first a "You Character Here"? (the discount because ranks affects this too of course)
Of course go with one option doesnt means the other will not be done xDD

2018-10-27 20:17:31 +0000 UTC- opening com' : i say yes for sure ! depend how many slots you're open to also. - a YCH : that could be nice if you want a "quick pic" since like any YCH you already of the setting (pose, etc...). Also, why not a poll with a choosen character ? Or like you did before, when you hit milestone ; a picture of Neira cosplaying (and we choose here the cosplay) ? ^^
