Based on this particular camera to the left (https://tinyurl.com/ktfo4gj), it runs upward against the wall which obviously isn't something cameras do so much as it was a way for the game programmers to have it survey the area.
Instead of going with your typical rotating camera I created what is a fictitious CCTV slider (you can see to the lower left of my screenshot) which the camera rides along up the wall. No idea if this makes any sense, when animated I doubt it'll make anymore sense.
