We've received a reply from the Pixiv management team.
They have no plan to allow supporters outside of Japan to request or co-request function R-18 illustrations.
Also, they don't have any plans to allow the function for overseas supporters.

We are very sorry that we did not get a good answer.
We are looking for other ways to make our work available to supporters living outside Japan. Please wait for further information.

I'm unable to participate in the co-request function because I'm outside of Japan. But I really wanna give more support for 8° and love to see all the work you create. Hope Pixiv will find the way for us someday soon. ❤
