Punishment that fits the crime. The world of Red C is full of brutes, scoundrels, and degenerates. The land is mostly lawless, besides heavy crimes, almost anything goes in the city or countryside. Everyone has a bounty on their head, some hirer than others. People with high bounties are targeted by temp officers who are looking for an early retirement. But some criminals are "charismatic" enough to dodge being captured.
