But the tl;dw for the big point of contention was: Specifically it was a thing where they were talking about the idea of all of Bow's brother's having names that end in an "o" sound and went through a list of them including one who worked out in the fields named "sow". Being that the writing staff was all white, this made some people really uncomfortable.
