HOW TO COMMISSION US (OPENING SOON)

Okay for 2023 we will be implementing a new "Drawing" system in addition to the saving up system. Here is how it will go. Please ask questions if you have any! :)

Step 1- Get an official quote. 

Do this by messaging me on here or on telegram. this quote is binding for a year and will not be effected by price increases or if you take a break from being a patreon. :)

Step 2 - Collect Tickets based on your patreon Tier.
You accumulate tickets based on your tier for every month you are a patreon. Higher tiers get more tickets, More tickets = more chances to win. 

Step 3 - Keep an eye out for openings on Patreon and comment to enter your tickets into the drawing!

1) When you see a "commission opening" post, you must comment on that post that you wish to enter and we will put all your tickets into the drawing. These happen as we complete suits, monthly or every other month, or when there is cancellations.

2) After 15 days and multiple reminders, we will pick a name using a random number generator. (possibly live so no cheating can occur)

3) If you are selected... we will contact you about payment and details. You get 48 hours to respond to this. If you decide to decline your win, there is no penalty and your tickets will be returned to the pot minus the winning ticket so that you can enter again later. However, after winning and accepting the slot, you will have a year cool down before being able to re-enter. You can still accumulate tickets but you must wait a year to use it.

4) If you do not get picked... ALL your tickets are still applied to the next "drawing" for another chance.

The idea is that everyone will get a chance eventually. 

Additional Terms:

1. The Gem tier also has 50% of their patreon pledges applied as a discount. This occurs at the time we accept your commission, so any money you're still pledging after we accept your commission does not count. This is not because were trying to be greedy but because it gets too difficult to track! It is okay to unsub from patreon after you get a slot!!!

2. You CANNOT give your slot to someone else unless you are the one paying for it! So you may buy a suit for a friend or partner but you cannot give it to someone else.

3. You may NOT auction off or sell your slot for more than you paid for it. 

4. You may not change your character after getting the slot unless I approve it personally. Rarely will I do this! You may however get a new quote for a new character once per month!

5. Quote do not include the discount from the Gem tier, this is applied once you get the slot!

Note: There are some patreons that joined before the drawing system started. These customers will be given extra tickets or extra slots should they apply.
