WIP: Sacred
Added 2022-10-18 22:38:03 +0000 UTCI have. SO many very personal feelings about this but before can't stop myself anymore, I'll try to keep it short today.
I'm going to be honest: I almost dropped this one. I had all my references layed out, came up with a pose and a setting, but the mere fact that it's set in the "Blitz era" made me feel... strange. Like it's forbidden that I draw this. I couldn't possibly have the guts and draw something sweet or intimate like this when I know about all these horrible things that happened during this time. But I've decided to allow myself to enjoy this part of the Good Omens story anyway. Let them have a safe space in the bookshop, be soft amidst all the scary stuff because the most important being for both of them is right here in this place.

2022-10-19 00:00:30 +0000 UTCThis is beautiful. I love the idea of Aziraphale tenderly patching up Crowley's burnt feet after the rescue at the church. That night was so momentous for Aziraphale in realizing his feelings for Crowley and that they were reciprocated, it seems only right they would have shared something like this after.
