Hmm it’s looking more like she’s the daughter of the man who wants Leona dead. After all if he was to appear to the court as a girl, it wouldn’t work, and that man would get out of it. So it makes sense, Lilith isn’t protecting him, she’s turning him into the perfect plaything. A spoiled rich futa girl getting the ultimate sissy pet. And it makes sense that there was someone knocked out in the earlier chapter, Lilith is clearly in her fathers business. (Mafia perhaps)
