There is no mariolatry or icon dulia, nor any mention of purgatory, all,of which are not biblical. The late RC Sproul's chirch is in Sanford near y'all. It's called St. Andrews Chapel and on the grounds of Ligonier Ministries. It's a beautiful church, and the PCA in my opinion, is how Church is done right (no, I'm not a PCA member as we don't have one close to us.) Before you accept unbiblical dogma, you should explore authentic Protestantism. These are my opinions. I care for you guys which is why I'm being forward as an elder brother. The tree was there because what good is perfection if we had no choice one way or the other. As an analogy, take what we in America know as marriage. What makes it so beautiful is that the other person also chose us. If we just took or bought the other person it would be closer to slavery or a prison sentence than anything in the ballpark of love. Once the decision was then made, sin was now in the world, and God gave dominion of the earth over to the devil. We had to then CHOOSE to make sacrifices of what we considered to be the best of our herd or crop in order to clean the slate of our sin. Thats where Jesus came in. God then sent his son to be the ultimate sacrifice for our sins so that by CHOOSING to follow Jesus we could then be clean enough to enter Heaven. It was always about the CHOICE. Had we never eaten from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that would have been enough of a choice, but we did and now were here. Those bad things in the world are like the story in book of Job. Its the devil attempting to make us give up on God. As long as we stick through the good and the bad in sickness and in health (yes, call back to the marriage analogy) we can end up in perfect heaven with God. In short, If God stepped in every time it would be perfect heaven, and if the devil won every time it would be hell. Its neither of those, its earth. God does step in when he sees fit though. Why he sees it fit sometimes and not other times is why we do our best to not just believe, but get to know God. We wont ever know everything, but we can do our best to try. Sometimes it makes sense immediately, sometimes it makes sense in 10 years, and sometimes it makes sense when we finally reach heaven. Its the unfortunate part of letting sin into the perfect world God intended for us. Lastly, God is Love. So just like a parent who loves their child wont let them be grounded forever, God wont abandon us forever. At one point we'll have been grounded long enough, and he will come back. But we all got in trouble and got grounded. Hopefully we all learn and they come back and tell us were good to go. But unfortunately we live with siblings who are still causing a ruckus, so we are called to do our best to teach them why we got in trouble, because if they dont shape up by the end of the week we will be at the movies with our friends and they will be planning their move to a military school. So while we are grounded it is up to us to love them and teach them to be cool. No one is perfect and so sometimes we lose our cool because we got punched, but its up to us to maintain our cool as best as possible even when we get punched so we can be that example of how to end up at the movies this weekend. The treasures in heaven are then like the candy at the movies, we get more or less depending on how we reacted to the punches being thrown at us, or how much we punched back.

I try to show someone this podcast and say "it's a Christian podcast its very ok to listen to with kids in the car or watch while your kids are playing there is nothing they will see or hear that's bad" and then they watch and there like " oh i thought you said its Christian one guys drinking a Monter and the woman is talking about harry potter" and of course I respond with then don't watch because if they are judging you guys that hard then they won't get your type of comedy or style of story delivery and wont enjoy you guys any way. but I'm wondering really what would you have me say to these people?

It's exit 123 (corkscrew rd) and corkscrew Road literally runs right into the park which is on the corner of highway 41 and corkscrew rd. Pretty cool to check out. The sawmills are still there and a lot of people use the park as a place to get married. Now if you look up weird stuff about the koreshan's you will get into the good stuff on how they were worshiping the land and doing rituals. Supposedly the park is haunted and people have seen a lot of weird stuff there.
