My husband has struggled with obesity his whole life, grew up on the SAD diet (standard American diet), etc. Carnivore is the only way of eating heβs tried that totally reverses his health and all his health issues. He tried it for a month with amazing results, then fell off the wagon and started feeling like π© again. Heβs been doing it again since January, is feeling amazing again, and plan on doing it until heβs down to a normal healthy body weight. I feel best when I do paleo and get more carbohydrates in (mainly green vegetables, beets and sweet potatoes). So depending on oneβs body and metabolism, carnivore and paleo can be extremely healing. Even when not on a specific diet for health reasons, we still eat a modified paleo / ancestral diet and that seems to be working really well for our family.

Keep in mind all modern medicine is fueled by billions of dollars. Please, especially for the guys, you will feel so much better and drop weight so quickly. So, I implore you to look into it.
