Fortnightly Progress - 2nd October

Figured I'd post this one on a Thursday to give it a classic retro feel from the first couple of years of doing these when they were always on this day of the week, as that was the style at the time.

This week I've been working on the new Rare Assignment in the Ever Forest I mentioned last time. That's going to be different from usual as even if you don't complete it first time (and you very likely won't) it'll stick around so you can keep chipping away at it without needing to find it again via scouting. While this one was a patron funded one this worked out quite well as it's also allowing me to do ground work for what might be the outstanding Assignment that I'm most looking forward to implementing. That's Drifting Elements (the Draki on the burning boat one), and that's going to work somewhat similarly with it needing multiple goes though that one is going to be due to having deduction elements involved. Man, that's going to be so much fun to do if I can pull it off like I hope I can.

There's also been some streams where I've been working on the new discovery mechanic.

November + December - To Bind Justice : As mentioned last time artist went through some stuff so I'm currently waiting on this one. Accentuating the positive I do now know what's going on with this one .

May + Jun - Irate Ideologies : Fully confirmed with the artist, and I'm waiting on the first sketch. So no change from what I said two weeks ago.

May + Jun - To Save a Succubus : After I do this I'm putting together the full refference document to send to the artist.

Jul + Aug - Midnight Steam : Talked to an artist, but I haven't got the confirmation yet.

September and October commission poll finished two days ago and there wasn't a change from the table I posted last time in terms of the winner, and that's going to be Undercutting the Market which neat as I'm pretty sure that Lyonixin Harpies are the only race left that didn't have a single commission representing them. One was supposed to be in Titfuck Training (all the way back in the 42nd comm to be done), but as much as I do like that piece, the harpy there was waaaaay more Carrakarr looking.

Also cheers to the Discord who this week helped came up with two great ideas for the next commission poll.
