i spent the past two days in complete hermit mode, writing. i can't help but just absorb myself in it completely, sustaining myself with coffee and whatever i can scrounge from the fridge, not answering much or doing anything actually communicative at all, much to confusion and annoyance of people who know me, hahah. i’m finally outside again to buy actual person food… and more wine.

it’s my historical story this time, Doctor Reznikov and Eliza Dreyfus. [character info here, and here, until i finally get a website made for everything i crap out online] i drew them on Saturday (pictured at the top), and i’m experimenting with a background, still a WIP (second picture). i love that she's kind of dragging him along. i just wanted him to look a bit bent over, because she's much smaller than he is, but it sort of looks like she's leading him along too. well, it worked out in the end. ugh, my heart. i am, at my core, a whore for period dramas. (they're having a pride and prejudice moment... okay?)

is it exactly a productive use of my time to write an obsessively researched, medical themed, historical erotica, and illustrate it [while also making a game, comics, and doing freelance]? hmm, debatable, but i’m doing it anyway. the working title was 'Morphia', but i still haven't named it properly. it's my usual mix of sad, aesthetic, and horny. back to work on the game again though, tomorrow (after my driving lesson).

(this made me laugh.)

i can figure out a way to post the story here, as i finish it off, but i’m not quite sure how i’ll go about that, or if people are interested. anyway, that’s what i’ve been up to.
