Lamborghini complete a purchase of Alpine's slot, to field their own full works F1 team. The Lamborghini works team come in with lofty ambitions, a stark contrast to the Alpine team. Their ambition has the muscle of the VW group to match.
The goal for the Raging Bull in their return to F1 is to create a rivalry with Ferrari.
