Earth to Peter (Commissioned Story)

After the defeat of Thanos, The Avengers have found themselves splintered as they take on different roles to help the world recover from the devastating impact of The Blip. Most notably has been Tony Stark, who among caring for his family, has returned into the role of CEO of Stark Tech, rebuilding the company and helping provide aid to the recovery efforts.
However, even with those who were lost being brought back, there is still much to do and Tony, though self-admittedly an incredible genius, knows he can’t do it alone. Peter Quill has decided to familiarise himself with Earth and unlike the Avengers, has been spending time relaxing rather than helping the planet.
So when Stark Tech requires a new COO, Tony believes Peter Quill may be the best man for the job, even when everything and everyone tells him what a bad idea it is. Cocky. Roguish. Immature. An ass. Such criticisms of Peter can be changed. Peter can change. All it requires is a little…transformation.
