Context:
For those who don't know, she's a character from Dragon Ball Z. She's an ex-villainess called Android 18, or C-18, or Lazuli (her real name [because of her eyes]). Despite her designation, she isn't a real android: she's an augmented human/cyborg who is fully capable of procreating. On a side note, she's a potential world-ending threat who massively outpowers her husband, something that adds to that cucking dynamic I was going for.
As for Mr. Popo, he's also a character from Dragon Ball. He's the pitch-black non-human genie-like attendant deity who serves Kami, the Guardian of Earth. The joke I was going for comes from Dragon Ball Z Abridged, a well-known parody of the anime that turned Mr. Popo into an ominous being who enjoys terrorizing poor Krillin. He's notably famous for his "pecking order" line.
