Brain Direction - Need opinions

As you know - I write what my brain leads and it can be nudged... sometimes.
I've got 4 chapters of 2 stories. Each slightly different. Both 'op mc'
I'm going to post 4 chapters of both stories.
You all tell me which one you like the most after Reading.

I haven't read UL1 so all these comparisons I'm not privy to, that being said I liked the boss chapters, but the mage feels like it has more leeway for going onto being a better story in the long run. I feel like there is only so much a raid boss story can do before its onto the next "dlc" and before he just becomes "soloable after many more expansions" type of thing. However mage is a life story that has an open ended world to experience. All in all maybe boss would be a good trilogy and mage ongoing saga. Voted for mage

2025-12-08 17:48:04 +0000 UTCEven if OP max wins, it should still lose! It feels too much of a repeat of what you've already done, and done well. This is a fresh direction, starting basically on the side of the bad guys. Id love to see where you take this story
