AMP 50 Early Release

The last few chapters have taken place only over the course of a few days. Next chapter we're finally gonna get a time-jump as we move the couple out of the house and into the dorms where preparation for the License Exams begins.
And, uh, in case you missed it, I'm considering just doing a lot of the License Exams off screen, outside of key moments. The rest will be filled in with LOV stuff and Lady Nagant's Crusade. Let's be real, none of us want to see more test again, do we?
Toga/Camie will still get her shine though.
Also, always remember, you guys are basically my test group. If there are mistakes or you have problems with the chapter, please tell me so I can address them if I feel it necessary.

2024-08-26 23:20:03 +0000 UTCIt's crazy how much this story has diverged from the original, and not just with Izuku and Kyoka's relationship. What Izuku feels towards his father is understandable, especially since we've seen how many people he's had in his life to support him, so we'd understand that feeling as well. One of the things I didn't like in the original story was Izuku's constant forgiveness of everyone around him. I get that he's supposed to be "pure good", but nobody is obligated to forgive someone, especially if they caused them irreparable pain (I'm not trying to vilify Hisashi, but it's still there, even if it's not on purpose). Plus, Hisashi's explanation was honestly understandable. It feels like he's a reflection of Izuku had he continued to close people off. It's genuinely amazing how good your storytelling is. I also genuinely wasn't expecting Izuku to call Shoto to ask him for advice, but it was very nice to see. I really hope that we'll be getting more individual scenes with each of the friend group, and maybe even expand it if we're lucky. Another great chapter as usual, and I'll definitely be looking forward to the next one (I'm looking forward to Lady Nagant).
