Minor tier update

Changed from "access to polls (including monthly animation poll)
to
"Access to patreon-exclusive polls "
Since I'm not in a place where I can post and complete monthly animation polls yet.
Just wanted to let you all know :)
Gonna start working on commissions again really soon, by the way.
