The woman in the dance practice behinds that you refer to at about 11:40 in your video is ITZY's Stage coordinator. She isn't the choreographer, she learns the dance from the choreographer just like ITZY, but then she is responsible for making changes or adjustments for each of the various venue stages they will perform on. Not every stage is the same size, some moves must be shortened or boxed in and some need to be spread out depending on the situation. She works with ITZY on figuring out those changes for each show.
