2023-04-19 16:15:47 +0000 UTCThere are two signals recorded in many cases, but usually we only use one. That is the one I am singing straight into. Sometimes this set up is done for the simple reason to have options. In the recording process I sometimes prefer to sing with different micros. There is an obvious difference in the sounding and I sometimes need that change in sound. It helps me to keep the attention during a long recording period. Our engineers have also different preferences when it comes to the sounding. Charlie prefers the Tube Microphones, so do I, Tommy with whom I also do recordings likes different ones for different occasions.
