Hey Tino! Good observation ;) We hardly ever use the DDrum Setup at all. Soundwise we tried it at one point for our monitor sound to see, if it helps clearing up the sound on our ears. Sometimes for streaming shows i.e. bigger festivals you can see trigger mics on the drums, but they are only used for triggering internal events to help with the streaming. They are not providing or added to our sound then. I believe during that rehearsal it was also only used for that purpose.

What I always wondered- were the plexiglass walls around Frederik's drum kit because of Corona regulations or for the sake of sound isolation (to prevent the drums from being picked up by Hansi's vocal mic and such)?
