The Fate of Rey [FULL AUDIO]

After a little experimentation, I'm ready to share it.
This is a text-only adaptation of the comic I released last year, written by me, and narrated with the help of AI speech synthesis. The clip above is only a short excerpt.
You can listen to the full story by downloading the MP3 at this link. It runs a full 50 minutes(!), so make sure you've got some time on your hands before you start it up. I also recommend some headphones.
This is my first attempt at anything like this, so it's a little rough. There are a few typos that you'll hear come through in the narration, and I didn't add an extra voice for the Hutt character (though I do have some samples of Jabba audio that I may integrate at some point in the future).
This is just a weird, wild bonus piece of content for all my followers and subscribers. Anyone who read the Rey story and enjoyed it will hopefully get a kick out of it.

2023-02-06 21:48:49 +0000 UTCYea, I fell short on who to suggest.. for an actress my first thought is Anna Kendrick, for a sweet/innocent vibe. But also having played Hades they have some good voice actresses for the goddesses. Magerea in particular has a very sultry voice. Not sure how much you need though in terms of samples to work the program

2023-02-06 21:41:10 +0000 UTCThat's certainly an interesting idea! It wouldn't be difficult to take that text and upload it directly into the synthesizer -- it would take a couple of minutes at most. The question would be what voice to use. I wanted to use Daisy Ridley's voice for this story for obvious reasons, but I could someone entirely different for a Baba-Set story

I listened to the excerpt and liked it, so im excited to listen to the full file...Have you given any thought to using this on your Baba-set written outline? Could be fun as an oral history of what happened to him being told by a fallen goddess or something
