Magnesium = better sleep! ♡

I know this is such a random post to make but whenever I experience something that helps me sleep better I feel compelled to share with the people who deserve the best sleep all the time which is YOU ;-; 

I used to struggle with sleep so much and lately I've had a bad spell of not being able to sleep or having broken sleep. Somehow I always forget how helpful magnesium is until I'm desperate so I'm here to tell you! 

You can take oral magnesium (make sure you get magnesium GLYCINATE as this is the best oral one for sleep), you can have Epsom salt baths so you absorb the magnesium that way or I think you can even get sprays for your feet to absorb it that way! Magnesium helps relax your muscles and nervous system so you have a much better chance of getting sleepy enough to drift off! 

If you're struggling lately or are finding it hard to relax maybe you can give magnesium a shot too as it's really helped me lately. ♡

Just wanted to say that I took your advice and after a month I can say that it really helps me to sleep better. I tried a lot of things to have a better sleep but absolutely nothing helped me. Thank you so much Peaches!
