Prototype for new tongue concept

The werm that infests the stomach replaces the tongue. It anchors itself in the stomach and extends up the front of the esophagus (not pictured accurately here). The werm then replaces the tongue, acting and looking like a tongue most of the time. However, when doing a specific action the werm opens up and envelops the invading phallus. It has some interesting ramifications.
- Closing your throat does not stop liquid from flowing through the werm and down into the stomach
- The werm grips the invader of its own will
- Patreon now has some kind of autodetect for content, and this passage has not triggered it.

The canal is basically a tube so the werm could possibly just push through the middle.
