4.34b - "the inventory is nearly done" edition

I was going to post this a day or two ago but then a piece of artwork was nearly finished, and now the inventory is nearly finished, but I've been delaying this update for too long already. Let me know if you find any gamebreaking bugs in part 1 or 2, those are highest priority. I think the arousal has been fixed but please let me know if there are still issues.
[Part 1 art] Fixed image links for the `Parasitic Seduction` of the captain (Sarah) for the MC (neck and mouth art)
[Part 2] Added partial art for fellatio sex act (not completely finished)
Fixed arousal generation for NPC’s in part 1 and 2, rebalanced arousal generation slightly
Fixed art bug for crotch choker
Fixed werm mouth infestation image
Fixed art for initial Sarah (captian) infestation
Fixed a bug for choker parasite detection
