I JUST noticed in part 1 that Joan's penis is listed in the stats on what is or it not infested), but it provides no means to infest her penis. Is this intentional?

If you mention things that are still in progress or not implemented, I will most likely make shorter logs. Since you mentioned overhauls, I thought it was working in a sense. Keep it up though, I'll hunt any bugs when you got a new release ready. =)
