More recipe testing

Here are 5 more recipes that are in need of testing. The first two are definitely a little more complex.
Email me which one (please keep it to one for now) you'd like to try at tastinghistorycontact@gmail.com and I'll respond in a few days with the recipe. Hoping for feedback in about 3 weeks, so if they're a bit too daunting, I'll have some simpler ones coming.
