Hello Patrons!

I'm finally ready to start sending out recipes for testing again. I'm doing it a bit differently this time and I discuss this in the video. Below is the list of recipes for this week.

4. Parmesan Ice Cream

5. Precedella (Wine Pretzels)

Please pick only one at this time and send an email to TastingHistoryContact@gmail.com. I'll respond in a few days with the recipe and then you can respond with feedback. Please keep feedback as brief as possible while still covering everything you feel needs covering.

I am less in need of formatting, as I have someone helping with that, and more in need of feedback as to how the dish turned out after you made it. Were you able to recreate the dish using my instructions? Was anything confusing or missing? Were there any issues with ingredient amounts?
