How do I join the recipe testers?

It must have been hard to keep it down to only 65. Glad to hear that things are starting to take off with the book, the episodes have only gotten better and Drinking History has been fantastic. I like how the bar has taken shape and filled in now a bit. It'll be fun to see the shelves fill with whatever you end up using over time.

Also, welcome to publishing. I have had several books published and this is the state of things. Take heart! I wish I had known about your need for a format writer for recipes. I worked for several restaurant and Cooking magazines as a typesetter and formatted. I also cook, so I could have done this for you. Please tell me where I can find the recipes you need tested. I am happily at your command.

I have the next week free. I have access to to some odd ingredients. Feel free to send me the list.
