WTN: I don't think the disclaimer was necessary nor appropriate. While Jackson didn't do himself any favors, there was a massive amount of shadiness to the claims against him as well as the "documentary" that was dishonest in it's presentation and unethically gained access to Jackson. Jackson did settle out of court, this wasn't from guilt, as we automatically jump to, but the criminal trial was due to follow. Going to trial in the civil case would have revealed the evidence and tactics of Jackson's lawyers and the prosecution would have worked to counter that rather than actually seeking justice. Justice is a byproduct of our legal system not the goal, it's conviction and retribution, and "taking" Jackson down would serve more as PR than justice. Just look at Martha Stewart's conviction for "insider trading" for $75K, while scores of congressmen sold stock after being informed and prior to the pandemic being declared (literal classic definition of insider trading) without the SEC so much as bothering to even look into it. One thing my time in the army taught me was: Appearance is the the most important thing.

I don't see the illusion, but MS gave me optic neuritis and diplopia, so it's no surprise. Then again, I could never see the pseudo-3D in those Magic Eye images even before the MS, so maybe it's a forest/trees issue.
