According to Wikipedia, the law holds for all bases. (And, according to my personal intuition, it's utterly baffling.)

2020-08-16 03:00:17 +0000 UTCTo better understand Benford's Law, I would first look at what happens when the same data is expressed in different number bases, for example octal. Has anyone done this?
