The fascination with this Adventure to Mars hype is irresponseable (like a joy ride!) considering that it solves none of the disasterous developements hovering over Earth and all its inhabitants. Mars is just another escape story, it will remain imaginary for most of us and our descendants. The hype mainly gets the masses to join in and help squander ever more colosal resources, including thier own share. C'mon everybody! Help get these sexy heroes to Mars! But it also accelerates the death of Earth. It draws attention away from stewardship for this planet, the one that we were made for. The privelage of even dreaming about going to Mars is just another level of privelage hoarding. I'm sorry, I can't take it.
