Definitely one of my favorite episodes. I hope you guys do a show like this again sometime. :)

I found it funny that the 'least controversial segment', Books vs Movies, seemed to be the most heated discussion. I was surprised that no one on the 'pro movie side' brought up the fact that you could possibly reach more people with a two hour movie than is possible with a book. Or do you feel this is an invalid argument?

With regards to the quality of education provided by public school physics teachers I’d like to point out that you’re making sweeping generalizations that I’m not at all certain hold up. Given the availability of today’s AP classes I think an argument can be made that many students actually receive higher quality teaching and better overall understanding when taking physics from a trained teacher as opposed to a research focused professor.

As a comment on your Book VS Movie. A book formed my career and I have always found movies based on books to be less interesting than the book. My imagination is so much richer than that of the director. I remember reading Asimov and VanVogt in the 50's and 60's nothing has come close to those in film.
