Isabel, I tried the link and the video appears to have been removed. 😐

Hi, this is a random topic, but I would be very interested in this. There's a YouTuber who is a former Miss Universe as well as a diagnosed Sociopath and Narcissist who suffers from depression. She claims to want to provide insight into ' not being neurotypical' and what is. truly going on in the mind of a Sociopath. What struck me the most is the overwhelming positive and empathetic response. So many people feel sorry for her and by extension people like her. Is she real and trying to provide something positive and useful? Or is it masterclass in manipulation? It could turn out to be very lucrative for her and she has written a book and is trying to sell it as well as future ones. I'm just stunned at how well she has succeeded in winning people over and it's both fascinating and creepy. I would love to know what you think about this. Thank you, thank you.

Great question, and excellent explanation, too. How would you go about treating psychosis?

Katie Marlowe

Wow great Opening question for this mini series with Dr John!

Thank you, Dr. John & Lauren! Not too technical at all. I love these explanations of rather technical things β€” done by Dr. John in a way that I can understand...! I found the five criteria for psychosis to be particularly interesting. Thanks again!

Thank you for the first Dear Doctor John question. What a great question regarding what a a psychotic break actually is. I have been wondering about that myself. I’m glad you are on Patreon and look forward to more questions and answers.
