New addition - Administrator Menu

I've been working very hard these past few days on fixing issues of the new Oasis version, but I've also been working on quality life improvement. Getting back to Oasis after all this time feels so amazing, it's like i'm living december 2019 again when I first started creating this amazing map :D
I have many ideas to improve Oasis, and I also wish to develop the story on it too.
Anyway, here is a new feature for the Administrator role (I might make it accessible for lower tier depending on what features are on). Since many of the new administrators have been struggling finding the features like the command block that can teleport you to the administrator room, I decided to custom the new admin menu of the codz gamemode to fit my own features.
I am still thinking about what we can do with the admin menu, but maybe a custom sword you can grab out of the menu? Anyway, it is still work in progress and i'm open for ideas :D
