Checking out the pictures, one idea I had: a couple are fooling around and she gets tied naked to the X-Cross. Then their partner gets a call and has to leave in a hurry (work/family emergency) and they forget to untie her. She yells out as her partner is leaving but the partner mishears her. She keeps yelling out and a 3rd party (maybe the local neighborhood gossiper, or the lady from the HOA that's been her nemesis for years, or someone else) hears her, finds the front door unlocked, and lets themselves in and walks in on her. After making sure she's okay, they find it funny and they make jokes teasing her, maybe even taking some selfies at her expense. Eventually after having their fun, they try to find a key to help her out, but they can't find it. Turns out their partner took the key with them, so she's stuck there naked, and worse yet, the 3rd party decides to keep them company until the partner comes home. FML.

Looking at the rules of the place, it said that it has quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. What if… Guy or girl (Pat to make it easy to describe) finally convinces their new partner to have some adult fun. Normally, when they are together, it’s pretty vanilla so this was going to be a great experience. It turns out that the partner is really into it. The partner goes wild, breaking the quiet hours rule. The owner (Jay) tries to get the couple’s attention due to noise complaints and eventually has to enter the apt/room. Frustrated, Jay enters the room, both Pat and the partner are in a very compromising position. The partner screams in horror ‘Dad!!!??’. …cue catchphrase. Your ending tag can be the partner complaining about being caught by her dad in the position she was in with Pat. She also is embarrassed that Jay owns this establishment as they are escorted off the property. We hear a voice in the background calling for Jay to return back to their room. Jay sheepishly push Pat and partner faster to get them out of the complex. However, the woman who called out earlier sticks her head out the door begging for the Jay to come back and give her a good spanking. Pat screams in horror. Mom!?!?
