August 31st Change Log:
- Improved lighting in Thunder weather during all hours and increased visibility of mist effect
- Improved lightning strike intensity in Thunder weather
- Fixed exposure related issues in Overcast weather which affected vehicle emissives and weather transitions
- Improved lighting, reflections and colors inside the Los Santos Customs interior
- Reworked the street lights system for FiveM, altV and RageMP which addresses various lighting bugs
- Added a new optional add-on in the FiveM package called "Street Lights Pack" which lets players swap light colors to yellow, white or teal colored street lights
- Added new high-quality parallax roads and pavement around the entire Port of Los Santos for Platinum Supporters
- Added parallax interiors to various homes and buildings located between Grove Street and Forum Drive
- Optimized various textures and models around the Sandy Shores region
- Optimized various models within the 'Snowy Mount Chiliad' add-on for Platinum Supporters
- Improved hair on Michael, Trevor and Franklin by modifiying the fur shader and adjusting colors and textures on various models
- Fixed an issue with glowing hair on Michael, Franklin and Trevor during certain lighting conditions at night time
- Added new textures for roadcones around the map
- Slightly reduced the intensity of the anamorphic lens effect on vehicle headlights
- Fixed an issue with downtown laser lights reflecting heavily around the ocean
- Fixed an issue with dust randomly spawning around Vinewood Hills during all weathers
- Fixed an issue with missing palm tree garlands outside the Bahama Mamas nightclub
- Fixed shadow and texture related bugs in the Single Player Package when using LSPDFR
- Added the 2022 Toyota GR Supra vehicle to the Single Player and FiveM packages
- Updated the Volumetric Headlights script with the ability to add custom keybinds
- Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations in Single Player due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future once we have a solution.

I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing works. I then tried deleting enb same issue broken graphics with black screen and tearing graphics

If I want to use NVE for the your ambient occlusion and shadows, models, para interiors, and vegetation, what would be different in my installation process? Are there specific files I would be able to remove to take out the purely graphical effects?
