Mini-Animations - Poll
Added 2020-01-10 13:46:28 +0000 UTCHey!
Now that a few mini-animations have been released, and you have a better idea what they are like, and it's slightly more clear what kind of an impact they have on the release schedule of the game, how do you feel about them?
Note, that this poll does not mean that I'll stop making mini-anims/game entirely, even if the results would support either option!
Poll has no end date for now.
I'll be concentrating more on the game now, so I probably won't be working on a new mini-animation until the next part has been finished. I will release a non-pov VR version of fun with teach late this month, or early(ish) next month though! Why Fun with teach instead of the latest one? Because the latest one requires quite a bit more work, and as I said, I want to focus on the game more.
Have a nice weekend!

I like them a lot but yeah I don't want you to take too much time from your game. I just like how they dont rely on a story rather its whatever we want it to be. Its unshackled and that makes for interesting content. So it's fun once in a while

2020-01-19 23:17:25 +0000 UTCHonestly, "I like them.". But, to be honest, I kind of just want you to be you. You know? It's great that you're accepting critique (something some creators are too stubborn to do), but, personally? ... eh. I got things to do, heh.

2020-01-14 13:17:10 +0000 UTCI think you should do what's on your mind at the time. I know from writing fiction that restraining creativity with too many things a person feels obligated to do vs wants to do can be frustrating. Even within the same fiction making a ton of goals for the story and then having new ideas that don't really fit can be annoying to. I think the mini-animations could be a good outlet for that. When you got an idea that doesn't fit in the timeline of the game much or is further out than you want. I have found myself liking almost everything you make.

2020-01-10 23:25:12 +0000 UTCI'd say the problem is when you start working on the game enough to do playblast, then stop and do a mini animation before it's done. If you finished the game chapter, THEN did a mini I think people would be more ok with it.
