You've been working in the logistics department of a large company for several years. And in that time you've successfully climbed from an entry level worker to leading the entire division. In fact you have done it so quickly it seems like only a matter of time before you reach the very top of the corporate ladder, and all the benefits that come with that are so appealing.
And throughout your time you have learned that people around you tend to respect your authority and follow your orders with little resistance, if any. So when you found that someone from another department had parked in your private parking spot you didn't think twice before walking over to the department head and demand the car be moved and the employee reprimanded. But it turns out not everyone is going to obey your every work.
