This watercolor's concept comes from uruseiranma, who entered this idea into this month's Patreon Art contest (December 2024), which I pulled from the contest to make it immediately as one of the watercolors for the month

Patron request included having the camera as a pure sideview to show a pure height comparison between Heidi and Carl's gigantic member, as well as some floor (in this case, ground) destruction due to it's size.

Heidi and the head of Carl’s massive c0ck are under the mistletoe (Carl’s c0ck head is as tall as Heidi!).
Heidi is n@ked, smothering the ridiculously-huge head with kisses and hugs, as she drips like crazy on the floor beneath her.
